The Rohingya Project

A grassroots initiative dedicated to preserving and promoting Rohingya identity through decentralized ID, utilizing blockchain to enable access to learning, skill-building, and empowerment opportunities.

For decades, Rohingya have endured genocide, forced displacement from their ancestral lands, and made  stateless, living largely undocumented in various countries, denied basic rights.

A grassroots Initiative and a Platform for Social and Financial Inclusion of Rohingya and other Stateless People using Blockchain and Empowerment Programs such as R-Academy, R-ID, R-Coin and R-Archive.

Persecuted for over 50 years and driven by military force from their ancestral lands, the Rohingya diaspora now constitutes over 2 million people across over a dozen nations globally including hundreds of thousands of refugees living in refugee camps in Bangladesh. The mission of the Project is to create the foundation for a viable economic and social future for the stateless Rohingya and connect them to opportunities to learn, equip and empower themselves.
